Refund Policy
Website design and development begin only after the consultation is completed, the project proposal is accepted, and the 50% deposit has been received. Required content, access and approvals must also be ready. We confirm the start and delivery schedule afterward, based on the agreed scope and team availability. Dates discussed beforehand are planning estimates, not confirmed delivery dates.

1. Refund before work begins
If, after paying the deposit and before we begin design (within the first 48 hours), you decide not to continue, we refund the deposit minus a $25 admin fee to cover banking and initial setup time.
2. Refunds after design begins
Once work has started (first draft delivered, technical setup), the agreed deposit is non-refundable. It covers the time, design, and materials already invested in your project.
3. Refunds by milestone
If you cancel the project mid-way:
- After deposit but before first design: 70% refund of the deposit.
- After first design approved: no deposit refund.
- During technical build: no refund, but you receive the design files to that point.
- After delivery and final approval: no refund.
4. Monthly maintenance refunds
You can cancel the maintenance plan any time with 7 days’ notice. We don’t refund the current month, but you won’t be charged for the next one.
5. Delivered work
No refunds are issued for work already delivered and approved by the client. If you find a bug after delivery, we fix it at no cost within the warranty period (14 days after launch).
6. Third-party costs
Costs paid to third parties (domain, hosting, paid plugins, stock licenses) are NOT refundable by us — those refunds are handled directly by the provider.
7. How to request a refund
Write to us at info@novatech-dc.com with the subject “Refund request” explaining your situation. We respond within 5 business days.
8. Dispute process
If you’re not satisfied with our decision, we’ll try to resolve through direct conversation or mediation. As a last resort, the applicable jurisdictional terms apply.
