SMS opt-in method proof

NovaTech Solutions LLC is preparing a US-only, service-only SMS program for customer support, appointment reminders, and service/project updates. Message frequency varies. Marketing and authentication texts are excluded.

This page documents a proposed enrollment flow. Genuine SMS enrollment and all outbound texting remain disabled. The main website currently operates as a shared demo; demo selections are not genuine consent. The images below are previews, not evidence of actual enrollments.

Policies and current status

Privacy Policy · Terms of Service and SMS Terms. The policies include the owner-approved manual retention review and request-handling procedures. Publication does not claim attorney review, guaranteed legal compliance, campaign approval, or an active enrollment or delivery system.

Planned consent flow

A separate optional checkbox is unchecked by default, identifies the business and service-only purposes, discloses variable frequency and possible message/data rates, gives STOP/HELP instructions and links to the policies. Customers may submit an inquiry without choosing SMS. The planned confirmation distinguishes recorded consent, no SMS choice and an existing opt-out. Actual consent collection, provider keyword integration and delivery remain disabled or pending.
